It was also great to go ahead with job search and the mock interview is the best practice. The program encourages us to give presentations and improve our communication skills. I really recommend the program to my colleagues and any newcomers." - Muhammad Kazmi.

Practice using technology to communicate, including by telephone, email and other Internet-based communication tools.

Practice strategies for managing interactions including formal and informal interactions, dealing with workplace issues, managing situations that require assertiveness or solving conflicts.

Finally, you will prepare for Job Searches. This includes asking for references and researching networking opportunities.  You will also practice examining Job ads, presenting your accomplishments, and practice your in-person and telephone interview skills.
